Dear Hirer,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding booking the WMSET Centre. Please read these key points before filling in the booking form below.
Payment
Once your booking is secured we will email you with your cost of hire and payment details. This should be made by BACS as soon as your booking is confirmed. Regular users can pay Monthly.
Keys
Arrangements for collecting and returning keys will be made with the event organizer in good time.
Cancellation
Trustees reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of urgent repairs becoming necessary
or other safety concerns. Any payments made will be refunded in full. If the booking is cancelled by the hirer within 14 days of the event, trustees reserve the right to retain 50% of the booking fee. If the booking is cancelled by the hirer within 7 days of the event, trustees reserve the right to retain all of the booking fee.
Deposit
Depending on the nature of the event, a £50 damage/cleaning deposit may be requested as part of the hiring agreement. Trustees will refund this deposit within 28 days provided that no damage or loss has been caused and that the premises were left in a clean and proper condition.
Compliance
It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure that all events are in compliance with the stated Terms and Conditions and with Trustees’ Published Policies, and that all required documentation is available to download at the time of booking. (Policy Documents are also displayed in the Centre and are available to hirers, by email, on request.)
Car Parking
The Centre does not have a car park.
There is usually ample space on the road, or an arrangement may be made with the Parish Church. (A separate fee may be applicable) Please contact the Rector Revd. Mark Wood 07770 305 990.
